Avoid Stage Fright After Presentation

Most of people remain nervous even after they present something. In this post I will tell some ways to be safe from fear after your presentation. As it is the end of your presentation try the following techniques:

                  (Retrieved from http://info.communispond.com/blog/bid/334533/Presentation-Skills-Stage-Fright)

¨       When you are about to end your presentation end with a summary and appreciation. For example do not say “that is all” etc. Try to say something professionally like “we have time for one more question”, “we are about to end”.

¨        Try to interact with audience as much as you can even if you are about to finish it will help to make people sit till the end of your presentation and don’t involve only one person in your questionnaires keep the entire public  involved.

¨       If there is a need of feedback then you should try to distribute handouts in the audience or if there is any other important information that people will be interested to know.

¨       If you are answering any question or giving any message to audience then do not say "but" because it will cancel your sentence what you wanted to tell the audience. Like “A” company is leading but “B” Company is well known. Instead to it try to use And.

¨       Repeat questions when you are about to answer as it will help you to think more about that questions. (public speaking tips, 2014)
