Effective Ways to Avoid Fright Before Presentation

Everyone knows about the stage fright. It is a common problem amongst the world. During your presentation you get nervous and unable to give good performance. Sometimes you speak very fast and sometimes you stop speaking and forget what to say though you have your presentation. You do not face the audience while you are giving your presentation and think that if you would face the audience then you cannot speak in front of them. There are lots of ways to avoid stage fright before presentation which are as follows:

 §  Rehearse Repeatedly
 §  Greet members of the audience
 §  Relax your body
 §  Set time limit
 §  Face your nervousness etc.



There are some other ways which you can use to be safe from fear before performance. Do not drink tea and coffee too much before presentation if you think it will give you energy then you are wrong it makes you feel more nervous. Instead of this you should drink citrus juice it keeps you fresh and give relief from worries. Try to be happy all the time before your presentation and reach early there. Before starting your presentation think that you know the audience. While rehearsing at home, rehearse in front of the mirror and find your errors and correct them. Give good expressions to the audience and make hand movement while giving presentation. (presentation pointers, 2010)
